How to calculate and assemble an induction heater?

I want to assemble an induction heater of small power within 150 watts. I need to heat a stainless steel pipe (magnetized). Diameter 85mm, length 300mm, wall thickness 0.5mm. I didn’t find anything intelligible on the Internet, I also need to be able to adjust this power from 1W to 150W. Please tell me or give links, how to choose and calculate the correct working circuit of an induction heater for my needs, with the ability to adjust the power?

The real problem is just one. This is a bloody enterprise that is very poorly maintained and updated.

There is a calculator here: https://prominductor.ru/calculator/heater/
It swears at a wall thickness of less than 4 mm, but to hell with it, then reduce the final result. Add, not specified in the question, the desired temperature and heating time and see what power the unit will offer you.
