Recently I started using the LinguaLeo application, there is one convenient function there: when reading materials, you can highlight the necessary words and quickly add them to the dictionary, and then go through the exercises. I myself am now studying Android development and often read materials in English on the Internet, in connection with which I had a question: maybe there are extensions for browsers or mobile applications that allow you to quickly form your own dictionaries when reading any web pages , and not a fixed set of texts, as in LinguaLeo? So that later you can go through exercises to memorize them. I would appreciate your help.

On LinguaLeo you can add your own words and phrases to the dictionary.
+ you can tweak the API (it has already been done several times) and write your own wrapper over it, if you don't like the interface.
