Recently, services and resources for learning programming have become in large quantities. Please advise a resource that can be used with the best combination of price / quality or free, if any.
PS Or is it better to study the old fashioned way: from books, plus do lessons from books. I want to learn C#. Although this is not a final decision. I want to learn how to write under Windows Desktop and a little Web
