I found three payment systems www.paysera.com, paysto.ru and www.paymill.com
But somehow they are not very common and little known. There must be some more reliable and well-known payment aggregators.
We need an analogue of Robokassa, walletone working all over the world and had the ability to make mass payments through api.

Do not be too lazy to register accounts, indicating different countries there.
And you will see that guys with experience do not rely on one payment system, but use at least 2-3 of them. Moreover, the list varies depending on the country of registration of the user.
