The Yandex card is a MasterCard card of TCS-Bank (Tinkoff, be it wrong). Transfers can be made to it using the MasterCard MoneySend system.
All credited money will become available in the Yandex wallet.
The term of enrollment is from several minutes to 3 days.

By the way, even though the card issuer and TCS-Bank, payments from a Qiwi wallet such as "Top-up a TCS-bank card" (without a commission) do not go to a Yandex.Money card. Only MasterCard MoneySend.
