Are there LAN to USB adapters?

Good day.
Are there Lan to USB adapters? Exactly so, and not in the opposite direction (there are enough such adapters).
Let me explain: there is a Macbook PRO, which has 2 USB ports, and for work you need more of them. While I use an active hub, but this is far from always convenient.
Ideally, I would like to find an adapter from LAN to 2-3 USB ports.

In the form of an adapter, this is impossible, if only because the LAN port will not provide the power needed for USB. As a separate device with its own power - in principle, it is possible, for example, using USBIP. It's just a matter that it will turn out no better than an active hub. By the way, why does the hub not suit you? If there are not enough ports in one, then you can always stick one hub into another. The main thing is that in the end no more than 127 devices are connected to the root hub.
