For IT people, I don't know. IT people are different. Really different.
Recently I decided to take care of myself, I started running, going to the gym, etc. I quickly realized that I can’t do something without a complete understanding of all processes and optimal performance. Googled, Googled a lot. As a result, I radically reworked nutrition, developed a training program for myself (both strength and cardio - running). In general, here are good, in my opinion, resources:
fitseven.ru/ - as far as I understand, a very popular resource, information in the form of articles.
www.fitness96.ru/ - an excellent encyclopedia of exercises, there is a sorting by muscle groups. The best thing for compiling your program.
sportswiki.ru/- A LOT of information, and not in the form of articles (like on fitseven), but in the form of wiki articles. Often there are several alternative opinions for each question, so you can believe / not believe to your taste. Perhaps the most useful resource on strength training. The resource is presented as an encyclopedia of bodybuilding, but apart from that there is a lot of other useful information.
www.youtube.com/yougiftedrussia - A very good YouTube channel. Many exercises, especially basic ones, are quite difficult to start doing (do it right), there you can find a good manual for almost anyone. Have used many times.

Not IT (I think there are no such things), but about health.
1. http://www.fit4life.ru/
2. Sergey Badyuk's video channel. For example, an amazing seminar on OFP
3. http://www.dvjournal.ru/

IMHO, a good nutritional technique should be based on a dietary calorie intake regimen - rational proportions of BJU, mandatory norms of meat, complex carbohydrates, vegetables and fruits per day. Calculate your basal metabolism (in a fitness club, with a nutritionist or special scales with BMI indices can also calculate it), and then consider what is needed: if you get yourself in shape by summer, then your basal metabolism minus 150-200 kcal per day is your norm, if you need to gain weight, then add 100-150 per day gradually, see how the body reacts (just don’t get ice cream or cookies, but proteins / complex carbohydrates). It is convenient that you choose what to eat on your own, there is no strict diet. And be sure to drink 1.5-2 liters of water a day.
Personal experience with this method minus 6 kg in April-May ...
In training, if you don’t go to the gym for relief press, then 4-5 times a week cardio for an hour and a half is enough to keep fit, it’s better to ride a bike in the park than to suffer under the barbell.

Skirun.ru - A great site for beginners to run. The technique, principles of training and nutrition are disassembled. Plus a cycle of films ''Fundamentals of Running'', Soviet-made, where the OFP for running is well considered.
