Are there analogues of esp8266 without WIFI, but bluetooth/BLE (miniature microcontroller with BLE)?

Are there any popular microcontrollers with built-in bluetooth/BLE, small in size (about the size of ESP8266 and no bigger than Arduino Nano) and in the price range up to 500 rubles?

Yes, complete:
TI: CC2541 (old, does not hold more than two connections as central, but verified)
TI: CC2640 (new, fashionable, but there are bugs in the stack)
Nordic: nRF51822 (old, proven, reliable)
Nordic: nRF52823 (new, a lot of memory, NFC)
ST: BlueNRG-1 (just recently announced, power consumption is still the best in peripheral mode)
Dialog: DA14583 (Xiaomi makes its bracelets on the Dialog, the API
is terrible) Toshiba, CSR, Cypress also have them (not bad, by the way) Broadcom. In my opinion, only lazy BLE does not do today.
You can also look at modules from Microchip or Bluegiga (now Silabs). There is a scripting language and AT commands for control, it will be easier to take off.

I have such a rule, if you need some kind of chip, then first of all you need to look at solutions from TI
