Are the parts really that bad?

Hello, I decided to play assassin's creed origins on my bucket. The number of FPS was shocking (7-6 frames per second).
Here are the accessories:

• AMD FX-4300
  
• AsRock N68-GS4 fx
  
• 1 stick 8gb ram
  
• GeForce gtx730 2gb
  

What's wrong? Too bad iron?

Unfortunately, the GTX730 is not a gaming video card at all, for Assassin's Creed and similar toys you need at least a GTX1050 for medium / high settings or a GTX1030 for a comfortable game at minimum
