Are older versions of MVC++ necessary?

Today I noticed that I have 18 MVS, can I remove all the old versions or are they also needed for something?
Standing from 2005 to 2017.

And who can know for you whether you need them or not?
If you collect something old, then you may need it. And in most cases, 2017 is enough.
If you mean MSVC Runtime Redistributable , then you do not need to remove them, because some programs will stop working.
