Bought a Windows 8.1 tablet and couldn't get the sd card cabled to be accessible as a drive/folder in OS X (yes, I have some perverse tendencies). The maximum that happened was to share a folder on the local network, but the transfer speed says that this is not an option.
How to write a file to a windows tablet card via a cable from a MacOS?

Can't you just upload it to the cloud, and then "transfer" it from the cloud to the tablet?
