How to sync local folder with sftp?

I often and preferably quickly need to send screenshots to sftp. I have always used this command:

csync /home/user/Screenshots/ sftp://user:[email protected]:22/var/www/vhosts/screens.com/
Now that there are over 300 screenshots, csync is taking too long.
I thought as an option to delete screenshots locally and that only new ones would be applauded, but csync deletes them on the server too.
Are there any alternative options? Can you somehow automate the process?

Look for analogues of Z-Sync (this is a utility for Windows) or GoodSync
Perhaps there is a Linux version somewhere. Under Windows, the speed is very good there, changes are tracked for each folder, only changed data is transferred, a lot of settings (you can set that remote ones are not deleted remotely locally, set schedules, assign pre- and post-operations, etc.), different type of synchronization points (FTP/SFTP available), the ability to resume synchronization after a sudden stop (for the second utility). Both have a free period, the second has a full trial for 14 or 30 days, then it is cut off.
