Is there an analogue of cubby?
Please tell me solutions for cloud backup of files with the ability to assign any directory for backup and specify exceptions in it.
For example, I specify the project1 directory for backup, excluding node_modules, .git and similar directories in it.
It is desirable that there is also versioning of files, although not so necessary (it saved a couple of times).
I used to use cubby, then it was closed, now I use sync, but it often bugs and marks some files as conflicting, plus it can restore files after deleting them on the disk.
All dropboxes and wanddrives use one directory, which is not very inconvenient for me personally.
I would be grateful if someone could suggest a solution to this problem using popular cloud storages and additional software.

There is also an indication of separate directories for backups, and exceptions by regexp mask, well, there is also a version history.
