If the code is open, but its classes or methods are known, if you write your own code and keep the basic architecture of a commercial framework, is this a violation of their rights?

It seems to me that this is still an advertisement.
You can buy a branded server, you can build it yourself.
Option 2 makes no difference where to buy.
PS 16 gb ddr3 ecc looks like a mockery for a loaded server. I have so many on my personal computer. Estimate how much 1c eats, how much it will take for virtualization, ip telephony, etc.
I think 32~64 would be a better number to start with.
