Licenses for software and other works

I'm so smart. Is it possible to use an individual cloud for an employee in an enterprise?

I want some employees to connect free individual cloud storage. Why don't I buy bassines? 10GB is enough for them to send large files by mail.

The question is how legitimate is it, using the cloud personally by one employee, but at the enterprise and for work? It seems that there are no licensing agreements for tariff plans, as well as violations of property rights.

Can there be any consequences, except of course the removal of the box by the hoster?

Why not? True, it is not clear which cloud is meant ... But Yandex has such a thing - "Mail for Domain", which has now turned into Yandex.Connect. So, this service is designed for business. First of all, to create and administer the organization's mail service on the organization's own domain. A very handy thing. In addition to mail, there are also all sorts of Yandex chips in the kit, including a 10 gig cloud. All this is free. For money, you can get more goodies, but for now, free functions are enough for me.
