Can the gpl framework be used to develop commercial software?

In particular, I'm wondering if I now start learning Python QT to write GUI scientific programs in the future, will it be possible to license them as proprietary?
In fact, a program written in the framework is a product, not a derivative of this very gpl framework, which means that the gpl license does not cover the written program itself, and you can make it proprietary. But I'm not sure, and I would like to clarify on the shore.

If you remove PyQt from your product, then it will not work, therefore it depends on it. So the GPL version is not suitable for you.
However, you can easily, because. PyQt is dual licensed and a commercial version is available.
That's just PyQt is not the best choice for writing a GUI.

Use Pyside . Its license allows it to be used in closed projects.

No, you can only release a "product" under a GPL compatible license.
