Considered a plus, but not a guideline.
It all depends on practical skills, on the readiness to deal with the current tasks of the company right now.
Perhaps there are organizations where HR works differently and focuses solely on the presence of paper competence. I haven't come across these yet.
I saw several examples when the applicant came with a pack of various certificates. Later it turned out that he crammed the exam dumps before passing, while he himself did not have the actual skills.

For QA, Junior, Intern yes. For middle + is no longer there, or advanced.
Certificates are valued according to your knowledge, and what kind of knowledge you have, God only knows, and even the one who has knowledge does not sit without work
