AMD EPYC 7F52. Does it get hot under load?

Good time dear ones.

There is a desire to buy a server on AMD EPYC 7F52 in Dell PowerEdge R6515 Rack Server for SQL/1c virtualization.

Everything pleases me, except for the heat dissipation of 240 watts. According to old rumors, AMD burns itself sometimes. I looked for information on tests and other things, but somehow I did not find anything sensible.

In this connection, the question arose: does anyone have experience using this processor (preferably in PowerEdge R6515)? Is it warm? Overheating? How about performance, stability?

I would appreciate any information and links. Thanks to.

This is not self-assembly, but an adult server from an adult serious company. It was made by serious engineers. They give a guarantee on it.
Your question goes something like this:

I want to buy a Mercedes SLK. Does anyone have experience with this vehicle? Wheels do not fall off at a speed of 250 km / h? Are the brakes good? How about throttle response, handling?

Of course, for normal operation of powerful servers, you need to put them in an air-conditioned room with a temperature of 15-18 degrees. Putting such a server in a residential area is like driving a sports car on roads with pits and bumps.
