How to fix blurry fonts when connecting external monitor to macbook pro?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)
Dell S2340L
OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 (15C50)
Connected via hdmi.
Installed the patch: www.ireckon.net/2013/03/force-rgb-mode-in-mac-os-x...
The problem persists, the fonts are blurry, it's not convenient to work.

Because I connected via HDMI. I also sweated for a long time with bad fonts until I connected the monitor via DisplayPort. This is not to mention that hdmi is slow on poppies and you also have an unpleasant input lag.
