How to fix Dell display flickering?
There is a monitor Dell S2340L
I decided to play around with Resolume Arena, to be more precise - with the strobe effect. When the picture flickers quickly in white.
I brought out to this monitor, played for half an hour, then turned it off. Well, there was a flicker on it. Weak, persistent. Resetting the settings, turning off the power, replacing the wire (HDMI), replacing the computer, nothing helps. It got better over time, but it hasn't completely disappeared yet. Most likely you will have to carry it to the service if it is not removed, but I'm interested to ask knowledgeable people how this could happen to an LCD monitor at all ?? I don't really understand all this technology, but it seemed to me that it is very difficult to "break" something, being just a user with an HDMI wire. Okay, if all this equipment is analog, or if I pick the firmware there. But so then, to spoil the monitor by turning on the video on it, roughly speaking? If you have any clues or useful resources - please tell us!
