How to make the server run on turbo boost?
There is a Dell poweredge r720 server, with a 2 * xeon e5-2690 CPU installed - with a frequency of 2.9 GHz, in a boost up to 3.8.
but I didn’t change any settings in the BIOS, I didn’t understand how to make it work at a frequency greater than 2.9.
Ps in Windows, the power mode is set to - maximum performance.

Turbo boost runs on one core at maximum frequency and then until it overheats. In general, the technology is designed so that playful hands do not spoil anything.
