The essence of the problem: In the office there is a mikrotik with a real IP: 193.106.160.115 (fictitious) at home I have a real IP: 193.106.160.29 (fictional) from the same range, and so I can’t get through to my Mikrotik from home, respectively from any others addresses I go to it without problems. Please tell me how to solve the problem?

If you have a default configuration, then there are rules in the firewall blocking access from the outside. Disable them, or edit for yourself
