How can I make an l2tp vpn client on Mikrotik if the connection to the provider is also through an L2TP client.
In other words, we need to make a tunnel, we have a mikrotik server with a white ip, and a mikrotik client connects to a local provider using an l2tp client.
Or in other words: how to make the l2tp client work on a certain interface, so that it turns out that the provider client starts first, and then the tunnel.
