A primitive bug tracker for a freelancer?

Most of my projects - I'm the only developer, + 1 client, + a very small number of users (up to a couple of dozen).
Now all the bugs and improvements happen like this - the client writes to the chat in the cart, and ... the information is safely lost in a ton of discussions.
Are there really simple bug trackers / task trackers that are convenient for freelancing? Confusing bulky systems like Jira or Bugzilla, focused on teams. Tried Trello, for such tasks it is not very convenient

Webmail with filters by clients and within them, also by status folders: "in processing", "done".

Customize Trello for tasks, as it is quite flexible.
Sometimes you need not a bug, but a task tracker (Todoist etc.).
It's fun to use the forum engine (as a user, I like Flarum).
