How to issue an invoice to a customer from the Czech Republic if you are a freelancer?

Until recently, I used the outfit to work with foreign customers. Over time, I realized that I did not want to take on new customers, so now I work with only two proven ones - an American and a Czech, with whom I feel comfortable. I use Skype for communication, but I no longer use the job search feed. Therefore, the only profit from Odessa is the withdrawal of money. Those. Odessa makes invoices on its own behalf, the customer pays Odessa, and he credits this money in the form of virtual USD to your wallet in your account.
Odesk takes 10% of the contract amount + $2 for each payoneer withdrawal, which is quite wasteful. Therefore, for an American client, I solved this problem through paypal (3% paypal commission for transfers between wallets + 1% for withdrawals to payoneer).
With Czech, everything turned out to be much more complicated. They don't work with paypal. It asks me to send invoices on behalf of some "friendly" company with my bank details (which I got from payoneer in a German bank). Invoices from an individual (i.e. me) are illegal under their law.
The question is as follows: are there any services that can act as an intermediary. Those. who will generate invoices on their own behalf, take small deductions (3-4%), and then transfer money to an American or European bank account? Are there any other alternative options?
The best I've come up with so far is to move to elance with its 8.75% commission.

For large volumes - ask him to send his (customer's card) to you by mail from the Czech Republic to Russia / Ukraine / wherever you need. Paying for your work - he will put money on "his" card - and you will withdraw his money, technically without violating anything.
