No way.
Why does everyone think that you can earn money on the Internet without skills? You can't get a regular job without skills. The Internet is no different here: it's a regular job, only remote. No skills = no job.

1. Age doesn't matter.
2. If there are no skills, then what else can you offer the market in exchange for money?

Working at a computer in itself does not bring money. As well as owning programs, a program is a tool that is applied to something.
If a person works in Photoshop, then he is a designer, and he will work as a designer, regardless of the presence of Photoshop or the ability to work in it. A programmer can write an algorithm without using a computer. Etc.

There are many options:
1. Fulfillment of orders on freelance
2. Earnings on your sites
3. Traffic arbitrage
But again, knowledge is needed for all options.

and I advise you to engage in all sorts of affiliate programs and resale with a margin. A person at this age will be more accustomed to doing this, and there is no need for special skills there.

My brother works - remote information support for websites and online stores - fills with goods, does a little advertising, gives advice to owners and does a bunch of little things necessary for the operation of the store.

Acquire skills. If you cannot do something better than someone else, or at least the same - why are you needed?

In any case, skills will have to be acquired. Age is not a hindrance, we can assume that the transition closer to IT is a trend, because. some professions are dying out. You can start with something like this:
Content - content management, copywriting, journalism, translations, community support, audio/video to text translation;
moderation - may be relevant for news sites, communities - search according to the age category,
testing - the entry threshold is small, you need some kind of intermediary / company who will lead you into the QA profession, you can start with a manual one, study the theory yourself,
ecommerce - affiliate programs, stores with other people's goods, etc. - there are a lot of materials on these topics in the public domain, but a beginner will not earn money on the go - you can again start as a content manager in online stores, then the manager of an online store

I recently wrote a book on how to start a business from scratch and start making real money.
The book can be downloaded for free: solodukha.com/thebook
- Started 8 businesses, 4 of them were selling equipment. All were without a physical office, without a physical warehouse. The last time the employees were at a distance.
Record: the withdrawal of the company in 2 months for a turnover of $ 250,000 per month with an average yield of 25-30%
- In one of his businesses, he attracted an investor loan in the amount of 5 million rubles.
- Developed and sold an investment project with an investment of 1.2 billion Euro

Without skills, this is content filling (take it from here - put it there, press the red-green button, etc.) or calling customers, a call operator, so to speak.
Another search + collection of information - but this is rare
