Hello.
Is it possible to receive funds from foreign clients through a Russian payment aggregator and with subsequent withdrawal to a current account?
For example, on my website there is a contract offer in two languages for the provision of services, and there is also a link to pay in any convenient way - card, paypal, etc.
If so, which one works best with accepting payments from abroad and provides the most complete tax reporting?

Most Russian aggregators provide a sufficient package of documents for the tax office and allow you to accept card payments from all over the world.
