Who should publish the mobile app, the client or the developer?

Developed an application for a client. He wants me to publish it on google play. What's the best way to do it? Publish it yourself or send him an apk and he will already see it published? Who should sign the application? And another question. The application uses the GOOGLE DRIVE API. To use it, you need to register it in the console. While developing, I registered the application with myself, and now how? Is it necessary for the client to register the application on his Google account in the console?

It is good practice for each client to register a new account if he does not already have a separate one for the project, and transfer all the details to him, including the keys for signing the application.
Another thing, if you want to bind a client to yourself, then publish the client application from your account. But this is not the best strategy, leading to a lot of brawls out of the blue. Even refusing a client peacefully will be problematic.

Now the most painless way is to sign and publish the application on your own. Then, hand over the keys to the customer, and write to support that you want to transfer the application to another account.

Well .. maybe I don’t understand something. Your situation is stupid.
If the Client has already paid for everything, and the application is good.
well, bring it on yourself .. to your account \ card ..
Your client - what - an idiot?
