A modern script for scroll effects?

We need a modern and simple script in Queri or vanilla js to implement various effects when scrolling. For example, blur, parallax, scripted scenes (appearance and movement of blocks), preferably with support for mobile devices. My personal searches led me only to skrollr, but it depresses me that this library has not been supported for 5 years and is not very friendly towards mobile devices. I would be grateful for any lead. Thank you.
