A good book or table on English phonetics?

Good afternoon.
Please tell me some good (but not very complicated / abstruse) book or table / poster, which covers the rules for reading all English letters and their combinations (with examples). I had a good document that I found in Vk, there was a table in the doc file for 7-10 pages with all the rules, but to my shame I lost it.
I liked the chapter from the book "English language. Intensive simplified course. Brel" ( not advertising ), but there is very little material on phonetics, I would like more.

Good answer from mipan , though I studied the books of the authors and there is a more recent edition of this book "English. A new tutorial"
