Good tutorial on Oracle?

There was a need to start studying the Oracle DBMS and the question immediately arose of which book would you recommend for learning from 0 for beginners, and preferably in Russian.

www.firststeps.ru/sql/oracle/oracle1.html - it helped a lot to quickly get a taste, provided that I was already familiar with server databases, in particular with Firebird, an overview with MS SQL.
Conceptually and deeply, I support:
- Tom Kite. Oracle for Professionals
- Fershtein, Pribyl. Oracle PL \ SQL
- Unfortunately, I don’t know if there are manuals in Russian
asktom.oracle.com - I repeatedly stumbled upon sufficiently high-quality translations of interesting questions

Oracle Concepts is for the beginner. And generally the official documentation from Oracle. And T. Kite is already for honing.

Well, then there is already a pearl in specific areas.
For example, Jonathan Luits - about the work of a cost optimizer ... Or Richard Nimick - deep and comprehensive optimization.
