You need to choose a CMS for the site. Or will you have to make Beck-end yourself according to your requests?

Good day!
I started to create a site, but due to not much experience, it was difficult on which engine to make it (WP, Drupal, Joomla)
I know Html, Css, JQuery not bad.
The fact is that I will need to implement a paid / free subscription on the site in the future - which opens access to certain resources. Well and that in addition the forum could be implemented.
I don't know if CMS has such an opportunity... Or will I have to crammed PHP/Rails to implement this project?
Thank you in advance!

Joomla is also suitable - there are ready-made modules for paid access to content, pages, subscriptions.
The forum can be made quickly - download a ready-made component, a forum.
In Joomla, it’s convenient that there are already ready-made solutions that you need. no need to create anything - it will be much faster!

Yuzaya for small Joomla projects, for serious yii.
Your problem can be solved in different ways. The easiest joomla + components and plugins.

I advise wordpress, what is not enough to deliver with plugins, and finish the rest by hand. Significantly reduce time, but essentially the same php

the forum can be separately added to a subdomain, on the same phpbb (I don’t know, maybe there are already cooler engines)
