Сам плеер, думаю, выгладит везде одинаково, ибо Flash.
UPD. Перемотка, вижу, косячная.
Возможно вы перематываете не по ключевым кадрам или нет метаинформации о ключевых кадрах, или сервер не умеет правильно отдавать с нужного смещения.
