Yandex swears at robots.txt after moving to https?

The move was made (indicated in the Yandex webmaster "Add https") two weeks ago.
After which there is:

Soon, https://mydomainexample.com will appear in search results instead of mydomainexample.com .

In the settings of the http virtual host, a full redirect from http to https is set
Redirect permanent / https://mydomainexample.com/
. In robots.txt, according to the Yandex instructions, I prescribed the protocol:
HOST: https://mydomainexample.com
In today's notification, the webmaster reports:
The last time the robots.txt file was accessed, it was found that the site was closed for indexing. Make sure the robots.txt file is correct, otherwise the site may completely disappear from the search.
Check robots.txt and remove the ban.

Should I be worried that this could be a "loopback" problem?

Gluing with a redirect is the correct method.
However, in practice, now it's faster to go out and glue through Host + specifying the main mirror in Yandex.Webmaster.
The algorithm is as follows:
1. Both sites (old and new protocol) must be available, there should be no redirects.
2. On both prescribe Host: https://site.ru
3. Confirm the rights to the site in "Yandex.Webmaster", apply for gluing.
4. After 2-3 updates, the mirrors will be glued together, then it will be possible to put a redirect with peace of mind.
In your case, it may be more expedient not to remove the redirect and wait for the redirect to be glued.
