How do groups in VK get pushed to the top in Google?

I'm looking to buy something and often pops up in third place in a VK group with the same heading, and I tried to create similar groups many times, but alas.
I looked, maybe they bought external links, one hell, mentions a maximum of 10 pages
How the hell do they manage to dodge so?

A link from the questionnaire of each participant to the group is counted as a citation. If there are 300k people in a group, citation indices will be large without external links.
