Yandex.Direct rejected some key phrases. How to cheat?

I wanted to give ads for phrases containing the names of competitors. It doesn't seem to be allowed. But for some reason they do not pass moderation.
What to do next? Should I attract the attention of support, or can I somehow cheat?

They considered the key phrases again and still accepted them.

It is not prohibited to advertise on competitors' brands in Yandex.Direct. This is a common practice. Perhaps the reason is something else? For example, you can not introduce yourself as a competitor in the text of ads.
