Xming + PuTTY doesn't switch keyboard layout

At the workplace, sometimes I have to connect with a bunch of Xming + PuTTY to run one specific software, and in it and in all other programs the same problem, I can’t change the language, I write only in Latin, although Cyrillic fonts are displayed quite correctly

When starting Xming through XLaunch, in the 3rd window under the "Additional parameters" account, in the "Additional parameters for Xming" field, enter the line:
As a result, there will be two keyboard layouts (Russian and English) and they will switch by ctrl + shift.
