How to cure Russian characters in English Windows 7?
Changed Windows 7 system language to English, downloaded all updates. But in many programs where the Russian language remains, instead of Cyrillic, complete rubbish is displayed. Is it possible to somehow teach the English Windows to be friends with the Cyrillic alphabet, just like the Russian one?
