How to set normal font in Ubuntu?

Help me set up a normal Cyrillic font in browsers on Ubuntu, no matter how much I tried - I always get some kind of vyrviglazny file from which my head is spinning after 15 minutes of reading.
In the screenshot on the left, Ubuntu in vmware, on the right - windows

gnome-tweak-tool or unity-tweak-tool, tweak anti-aliasing.
For example for gnome-tweak-tool:

@Adamos

Put gnome-tweak-tool, in Unity the settings were cut down as if the user did not need them at all.
