Xcode - how to enlarge the interface?

I started to prepare an application on xcode. It's terribly annoying to edit and select all sorts of "buttons and labels" with such a small ide interface. 1920x1080 23-inch.

Expand the IDE window to full screen, stretch the dock-panels (window areas) with the mouse, and first create the interface, and then the Outlets, otherwise it's inconvenient, the window with the controller code gets in the way.
