Adobe CC on Mojave freezes when opening and saving a file. How to cure?

Adobe CC (Il and Ph, 2018 and 2019) on Mojave freezes when opening and saving a file.
The hang occurs for about a minute. GPU turned off. The system is more than - i7, 16Gb operative, SSD. At the same time, a new file is created quickly, but when it is saved, everything freezes again.
From interesting notes - while the illustrator hangs, it is impossible to write normally in the browser - not all letters are driven in.
What can you try?
Grateful for any advice.
UPD: Delivered Il 2015/2018/2019 - plus / minus the problems are the same.
UPD: Adobe CRDaemon constantly takes 40-50% of the system without any activity. I don't know how important it is. When illustrator opens a file, illustrator turns red in Monitoring (not responding), but takes only 1.5% of the CPU.
