How to maximize the application window when switching ( Cmd+tab )?

Hello.
For example, I turned Sublime text into the dock, switched to chrome - I work in chrome.
Then I switch back ( Cmd + tab ) Sublime text became active on top of the menu bar - but the window itself is minimized!
What's the point of switching to the void??
This is terribly annoying.

How can I maximize a window with cmd+tab if it is minimized???

You are probably not minimizing the SubLime application, but only one of its windows. The same, I checked, happens with others, for example, with MongoDB Compass. Minimize the window - the title of the application remains. Switched to browser. Switched back to Compass: there is a title, the windows are minimized, you have to poke with the mouse.
Exit 1. Minimize the whole application: usually it is Cmd + H (from the word Hide). Then all its windows are hidden, and when you return, everyone will crawl out again.
Exit 2. IMHO it is convenient to use several desktops: swipe left and right with three fingers (or Ctrl + arrow). Here is the browser. On the other, a code editor in full screen. The third is also an editor, with a different project.
