Xbox original how to fix error 6?

Good day!
There is Microsoft Xbox (the very first). Revision like 1.6. Cost HDD Seagate. Wanted to change to a more capacious one. There is no chip, there is a softmod (in this form it came to me).
I copied everything from the hard drive via FTP, made a backup via EvoX, found eeprom.bin there. According to the instructions, I made an image with these data and eeprom and the xboxhdm program. I took two hard drives (20 from Seagate and 40 GB from WD), made xboxhdm hard drives from them, blocked both drives. I did the lock from the same boot disk, there is a lockhd program. I ran it with the -a parameter, that is, it itself generates a key from eeprom and blocks the HDD with it. Actually, everything worked successfully, but the xbox swears on both disks and gives an error 6. It starts successfully with its hard disk, there are no problems.
From the backup, EvoX found a file containing a certain HDD Lock Password. Tried to lock them - the result is the same.
Questions - what am I doing wrong and how it should be?
PS There is a suspicion that in the backup of the XBMC program on the console there is eeprom.bin with other contents (I did not make this backup, but just lay on the console disk). But with him, the result is still the same.

Make sure your xbox hdd is connected properly. In most cases, the ide cable is disconnected or not properly inserted into the IDE port of your hard drive. Also make sure the power cables are intact and working.
Make sure the ide cable is also properly connected to the rest of the hardware (dvd and motherboard).
