Not a working cursor and why did the sound disappear on the Smart set-top box?

Good day!
About 2-3 months ago, the PSU at the set-top box was covered, there was no time for it, and he scored, everything was set up, etc.
For 2-3 months, quite a few updates of applications from the set-top box came out, and since the applications were installed manually in the market on them the update will not arrive (tested, did not come, + the market is not official for android tv but a regular market for phones)
I decided to start everything from scratch and reset it to factory settings, collected all apk files in my laptop, opened a network folder and threw it through it everything on the console, installed, configured and everything seems to be okay and good, take the chips and watch movies, but no
and by the way, during this time I bought an air gun with a microphone, but for some reason the microphone does not hear what I'm saying, as if there is no microphone .. I think it's a set-top box, connecting the remote control via a USB adapter.
From the beginning there was no interface sound in the launcher in the settings, etc. but from the beginning I did not pay attention to it, then I go to YouTube and hear that there is no interface sound in YouTube, I turn on the video and there is also no sound
Chips are canceled and I climb into the settings in the section "sound" checkbox for system sounds, but they are not there, and if there is a start-up sound for the set-top box
Then subsection in the section Sound
Audio Device
1. Default Output (no sound)
2. Spdif passthrough (no sound)
3. HDMI Bitstream (there is sound , no interface sound)
With what it can be connected? Maybe someone has come across this ..
Of course, you can forget about everything and sit on the U version of HDMI Bitstream, but I would like to return the sound of the interface and the performance of the microphone of the remote control ..
and one more problem with the air remote control
When you press the OK button, the cursor appears and is pressed where it is this cursor, it turns out that OK and the mouse are pressed simultaneously, although I don’t touch the mouse.
The prefix is not famous, MX9 PRO, there is no information on w3bsit3-dns.com.

If not known, then a bunch of jambs in the firmware - and everything described is considered normal. Sometimes when resetting, the hardware settings made during calibration at the factory fly off, especially on old firmware that are made by a blunder. Buy well-known devices from well-known manufacturers so as not to puzzle over how it worked before and why it does not work now. Perhaps the jambs have been fixed in the new firmware - look for it.
