Connecting PS4 to PC - and using productive capacities for PC tasks?

Good evening.
I have such an interesting question appeared and I would like to hear the opinion of a competent specialist.
There are Playstation 4 for example, like 4 and 3 - they have excellent performance.
The essence of my question is: is it really possible at all and did someone try, let's say when working with a standard PC - to combine it with PS4 and use the productive potential of PS4 - to solve PC problems?
Is it possible to somehow distribute the productive capacities of the PS4 and solve more tasks on the PC?
And play on PS4 and use it for PC?
Is this even possible?
People developed emulators of games on PC from consoles and so on. Purely interesting, in view of the fact that PC - iron is expensive and quickly becomes obsolete. The prefix is bought at a time and for a bunch of years ahead. All the same games go there perfectly and without lags. The cost of the set-top box is small, and the productive potential is huge.

In games.
You just look at how the games are going there, what kind of graphics and not a single hint of lags.
And at what resolution is this? Full HD.
And the fact that PS4 - 4K supports resolution?
And the cost? 300-400 USD
And to assemble components for a PC, but for 300-400 USD? And so that all games go both at 1080P resolution and at 4K. Yes, all this without lags?
That doesn't happen. This is what I was wondering about.
And the productive potential of the PS3 - it is listed in the Guinness Book of Records.
2 set-top boxes working together, are equal in performance to an orbiting satellite. And they say that only 20% of its potentials survived in games.
And PS4 - and even more powerful, I understand and also understand PC components. (to what you wrote).
However, PS3 and box 360 do not need to upgrade for many years and the graphics are good, there are no lags. The only thing is when new shaders came out and so on.
This is what my question is about, PS4 - it also does not need to be upgraded for years. It will last for 5-8 years, the games are going great there. What about pc? A PC is needed from year to year. Or once every couple of years.
