How to organize a home server for games?

Hi all!
I want to organize a server at home and connect all the monitors in the apartment to it.
I want to connect either an android set-top box or a thin client to monitors (TVs, it doesn’t matter) (I still don’t know what exactly, I still need to look at the management. (Here advice is also accepted xD)
What is the question - I want to have access to the server in order to play into full-fledged games (there will most likely be a server on Win10, because there are big problems with games in Linux. Yes, a perversion, but a game nature ...)
The most obvious option is streaming. The question is how to implement access to the server for several users (so that both at least the saves were not confused and it was possible to play at the same time).
____
In general terms, a server that could be connected to from anywhere and played on a remote device by several people at the same time.

It sounds like "I want to organize a bus fleet, how to connect all the buses so that I sit down at once behind 10 steering wheels and drive in different directions."
It's not clear what you want to do to play yourself, invite friends to play, run a server for a particular game, stream video?
Please make your question more understandable.
