PS4 or PS4 Pro?

Good day. I'm thinking about getting a ps4. But I can not decide on the normal or pro version. Google says that the pro version is naturally more powerful. but some sources say that it is needed mainly for playing 4k and with the appropriate TV. Comparison of graphics and FPS in various games showed that both there and there the FPS is kept at 30 and in some places the graphics are not significantly different for me. Actually, the question is, if I need stable performance and FPS at high settings for a nice picture and 4k didn’t fall for nothing on games like gow, rdr2 and other popular ones, the regular version will satisfy these requirements and whether it will be nice to play everything that came out before the current one moment? Is the need for a pro version really only for 4k?

If the price is not important and you need maximum performance, then take PRO.
