WS Terminal Server?

Good afternoon!
We have a domain, there is an RDS server.
1) The user must log in on his PC and on the RDS server using one account, or 2 different ones? (one for the workstation, the second for the server)
2) Is it better to transfer the account storage from the system disk on the terminal server? or not worth it?
Thank you!

1. If you have AD, you can use AD account to log in both on the workstation and on the terminal server. If there is no AD, then local accounting is used everywhere, i.e. there will be two of them.
2. Did you mean user profiles? Store where convenient.
