Dynamic, not valid hard disk, how to solve the problem?

Problem with software raid1 SRVER 2008
There were 2 HDDs in the mirror, after a power failure in "Disk Management" an inscription appeared on the first disk (Failed Redundancy) and on the second one there is no disk.
I turned off the server, inserted a new similar disk, after turning it on, only a new inserted disk was found, and those two disks are now labeled (dynamic, not valid)
I tried to insert it into another PC, to no avail.
Save.....
