Writing in Selenium IDE - where is the error?

The task of making a record:
Go to your gmail mail, click "write", in the window that appears, write the recipient's address, subject, the body of the letter itself. Click "send", go to sent and make sure that there is this letter.
I record with the Selenium IDE recorder, and then I play it back and bugs immediately appear:
[error] Timed out after 30000ms
[error] Element css=div.aq.aFf not found
After this step, it does not go any further.
What am I doing wrong?

Before filling in any elements, you need to check the presence of this element on the page.
those. first wait for it to appear and only then fill it.
When recording a macro, these checks are not inserted, since actions are recorded, and the user does actions with noticeable pauses and controls the appearance of elements with his eyes.
